Dearborn County Indiana is located on the Ohio River 20 miles west of downtown Cincinnati. The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is just 11 miles from Dearborn County via Interstate 275. And Interstate 74, in the northern half of our county, connects Indianapolis with Cincinnati.
